Rahul is a Business Learning Consultant and Head of Technology @ 3SR Consultancy. He has been associated with Corporate Learning for more than two decades in various roles. He has developed & delivered various training modules, based on best practices & frameworks for soft-skills like Ownership at work, Building Trust, Team work, Striving for excellence, Learning & Innovation, Pioneering Spirit, Integrity, Perseverance impacting people with varied experience upto 20 years. He has also been Industry Interface to an Engineering College for On-campus CSR program in partnership with NASSCOM.

Rahul is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in product engineering for global clients. He has managed engineering deliveries of large teams (500+) for global clients spread over geographies (Finland, Germany, Italy, France, UK, USA, China, S Korea, Vietnam in addition to India). He has Lead R&D programs in diverse technology areas including wireless, datacom, telecommunications, cloud. His Core Competence lies in People Management - building and leading high performance teams, building trust.
